The First Penn-KIST Joint Symposium

This symposium will bring together researchers from Materials and Life Science Research Division (MLSRD), Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) and Penn at SAS and SEAS with common interests in advanced nanomaterials, metamaterials, and composites. By engineering their structures from nano- to macro- using top-down and directed assembly approaches, as well as kirigami, we aim to explore their applications such as nanophotonics, solar harvesting, nanomechanics, EMI shielding, and catalysis.
